Secondments

The Secondment Program is one mechanism through which FIU-staff may be “seconded” to work in a another FIU. The aim is to grow your skills and invigorate your career. The ECOFEL is currently working on the guidelines for its FIU-to-FIU secondments program. The pandemic has caused postponement of the implementation of this project, which the ECOFEL considers as one of the most important projects for the global FIU community. The placement of secondees between the FIUs will be facilitated only after the pandemic is declared over and global travel resumes.
