The Egmont Centre of FIU Excellence and Leadership (ECOFEL) is seeking proposals from qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop an introductory online course on Professional Money Laundering Networks (PMLN) as part of the ECOFEL Certification Program (ECP).
This course will strengthen Financial Intelligence Units’ (FIUs) capacity to understand, detect, and analyze professional money laundering networks and their operations. The selected SME will be responsible for developing content aligned with global AML/CFT standards and FIU operational needs.

- Proposals must include educational background, professional experience, and a project plan highlighting proposed methods, timelines, deliverables and pricing details.
